NOTE: If you can not connect to the internet we suggest you contact your local ISP (MSN, AOL, Comcast, Xmission, Earthlink, AT&T, CableLynx, SpeakEasy...) which should fix any connection issues for you free of charge.

Please be sure to have a few things on hand before you call - like Operating System (Unix, Linux, Windows, OS400), Hardware Info (Dell 2850, AS400, RS6000), IP Numbers, Firewall/Router Type with User Names & Passwords and the Server User Names & Passwords. DO NOT send this type of information via e-Mail. This is a serious security risk! Will will never send an email requesting login information. If you need local on-site support just call our main number (Main Office: 903.374.4747 or Toll Free: 888.476.6388). We will gather your information, asses the problem and give you a price quote. We will always try to address the issue from the main office whenever possible this saves everyone time and money. Once we find you have a problem which requires on-site support we will transfer the issue to the local support representative and have them call you back. By tacking this first step we save you the customer time and any on-site service fees. You are always welcome to request local support first especially for things like network wiring, server and PC setups.
